Masaki ~ Finally making good on several-months-long promise, Sousuke hits up the archery range with Masaki for first-time lessons. Sousuke gets competitive and wins two little something extras that are completely, totally, and always Masaki's fault. NOT.

The Summoner ~ Sousuke and the Homestuck troll named “The Summoner” meet up in the park over the water fountain, leading to a trip from Central Green to the Grind to a facility tour to a private sauna, where Sousuke's V-card in troll anatomy and The Summoner's V-card in anal sex get exchanged.

Kisumi ~ It's one of Sousuke's greatest fears, fresh from home: Kisumi! The ever-cheerful ball of sugary energy double-dipped in devilish shipper's goodness. Kisumi runs into Sousuke at work and instantly latches onto his shoulder problems. There are words and feels galore... and the obligatory welcome-to-Ariel cherry on top.

Kisumi ~ Sousuke monitors Kisumi's network post that more fully introduces him to Ariel and all that it is and holds. Of course he has to stick his nose in there as well and check on Kisumi's understanding. Then try to retreat before he gets dragged into a Rin/Sousuke/Kisumi reunion.

Rin & Kisumi ~ Unfortunately for Sosuke, Kisumi and Rin know him too well. Unable to say “no” to Rin, Sousuke's dragged off to the trio's first physical reunion in a long time. Conversation in there ranges anywhere from dorkish teasing, threatening secrets, finding vocations, and the normal impersonal stuff.

Gou ~ Sousuke's surprised to get a call from Gou, but almost instantly regrets it when she all-but-confesses her feelings to him. Unable to find a way around it and realizing the truth behind her question, he's left with a mixture of sadness, guilt, and frustration after she hangs up. Ariel's a heartless wretch.

Rin ~ Sousuke's feeling pretty down about having to reject Gou's offer to date. What's a whale shark to do when it hurts to live for a while? Call his best shark friend and talk quietly about Ariel's propensity for ripping hearts out of chests when it comes to relationships. Rin tries to comfort him, and succeeds at least...

Momotarou ~ Sousuke gets a call from Momotarou asking him to come to the beach after he gets off of work. Curious, Sousuke agrees, only having to swing by for his swimsuit before he arrives.

Momotarou ~ Arriving at the beach, Sousuke finds out that Momotarou is far more perceptive than he thought and realizes his boyfriend's been worried about his being down for the past few days. There's tenderness on the shores as Sousuke takes comfort and teaches his boyfriend (and their puppy) how to surf.

Gou ~ Sousuke is unable to leave Gou alone any longer and calls her. They have a quiet conversation and he asks to come see her, which she agrees to. They make it a dinner date for the evening.

Gou ~ After giving her a few days to grieve and settle, Sousuke tries to patch things up with Gou, meeting for the dinner date at her place. There's sushi, wine, a gift of chopsticks, and tender talk and touches to remind her that she holds a place in his heart that is uniquely hers with no rival in sight.

Aiichiro ~ Getting unknowingly volunteered by Momotarou to help Nitori with carting ice cream for his party, Sousuke's in attendance. And quietly leaves his own message and signature on the memorial wall. For his friends and for his team.

Masaki ~ Caught on the tail end of his “art” on the wall, Sousuke and Masaki visit over the memories the wall brings up. While some parts of their talk darkens with painful thoughts, it's not there for too long, as Sousuke tactfully drops the topics and Masaki's all too willing to go for the jugular by embarrassing the swimmer. Really, they're gong to Courtesan's?!

Haruka ~ Sousuke's taking a breather from the party atmosphere and guess who walks out onto the terrace with him? Yeah, Nanase. Though there's a brief confrontation over the whole “girl sex” incident, it's eventually settled... but seeds are sown for a bigger storm later. Idiots.

Noiz ~ It's just an innocent case of two people standing side by side. Until Noiz picks up Sousuke's drink by accident. There's an initial chill, but the two soon settle into a quiet conversation about parties, people, and the inevitable when it comes to the city.

Genesis ~ Sousuke's the lucky recipient for Genesis's first announcement of being Nitori's boyfriend. The SOLDIER and the swimmer share a mutual greeting and soon drift into the topic of past versus present. Starting with what Nitori was like back home, of course.

Reno ~ For the first time since his initial week here, Sousuke meets up with Reno again, a man who works at Club Rapier and has his own friendship with Nitori. And who still continue to call Sousuke by his own personal pet name: “All Star.” It's going to be an interesting conversation.

Rin ~ Rin's announcing a city-wide water gun fight and Sousuke's getting involved. First by questioning it, second by agreeing to be there (“reluctantly”), and third... by chasing Rin all over the damn city in order to reclaim the water canon his best friend stole from him! Molly ~ While he hopes for advice and some commentary, Sousuke doesn't expect to actually talk to someone who works in the hospital. Molly's got herself a new patient and Sousuke coordinates between his meeting with Masaki and her to get to the hospital without issue.

Umeda ~ After coordinating with Masaki and Molly, however, Sousuke's approached by a strange offer. Umeda's a doctor and wants to come look at Sousuke's shoulder where he is. While initially wary, two eyes are better than one and Sousuke quietly agrees.

Hibari ~ Sousuke only wants to find a place to dry off and get dressed, but a strange, predatory young man named Hibari takes it upon himself to harass him. He tolerates it for a while, but finally snaps, resulting in the two of them fighting. Though the chip flares, clashing drives result in a mutual call off with only a few bruises to show for it.

Umeda ~ Recovering from the previous event and his own injury, Sousuke takes shelter in the back of a store, clothed and dry by the time Umeda arrives to find him. The doctor apparently has experience with some of Sousuke's other friends, and he aptly figures out Sousuke's story while treating him. But aftercare goes a little differently...

Reno ~ Though he's had a doctor check on him and in the process of going to another, the pain of the night's escalated too much for Sousuke to tolerate, so he swings by a drugstore and runs into a familiar face: Reno. Concerned about him, Reno's curious, but Sousuke attempts to hide the truth. Which later turns into a midnight sanctuary after guilt and pain fail to get Sousuke home.

Masaki ~ Sousuke finally manages to meet up with Masaki, late by a good bit due to events prior, getting a shot of medicine, and getting lost around Ariel. At least he takes comfort with her support. But two stubborn heads clash with two caring hearts and Masaki finds herself burdened with the loyalty choice to keep Sousuke's secret.

Molly ~ It later than anyone should be out walking when Sousuke finally get to meet Molly in the hospital. While Masaki has her speculations, Molly gets the truth and reveal of the entire issue and has to deal with a grumpy, embarrassed idiot who's still determined to self-destruct if that's what it takes. However, Molly's a smart woman and she might just be a match for the swimmer...

Momotarou ~ Sousuke's had his medical examination and spends the night at Masaki's to recover. But the next day, he's up and racing home at noon, desperate to see Momotarou. There's a lot of feels that are thrown around during the reunion and Sousuke comes to realize just how special his boyfriend is to him.
